L.O.R.A's Enterprise Parser can read Flat Tables OR Visual Daily Grids! Format your files like this for perfect imports:

Tab 1 Learner Contacts

Sheet name must contain the word Contact or Email.

Must have a column named: Name
Must have a column named: Email
Optional: Rank
Optional: Rotation (e.g., CV, CP, GenSurg)

Tab 2 Preceptors / Faculty

Sheet name must contain Faculty, Preceptor, or Staff.

Must have a column named: Name
Optional column: Email

Tab 3 The Master Schedule

Option A: The Visual Grid (Recommended)

Identify new weeks with a row starting with Week of...
Put specific dates directly across the top (e.g., Aug 17 | Aug 18).
L.O.R.A. will read the cells under those dates and automatically attach that specific "Daily Status" to the learner!

Option B: The Flat Table

Column A: Week (e.g., July 1-5, 2026 - BLK 1)
Column B: Name
Column C: Rank
Column D: Rotation
